Terms & Conditions
- Sydney JoomlaDay 2009 is being organised by the Sydney Joomla User Group.
- Public liability insurance is held by COFA for the course of the event.
- No refund or exchange of any ticket are given.
- In case of cancellation, a refund of the ticket price minus PayPal fee will be given. Event-merchandise will not be refunded. Merchandise may be posted to purchasers and incurs a postage fee.
- The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
- Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the program.
- Cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted
- The tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
- Scalping warning: In addition, the resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
- The Sydney Joomla User Group is not liable for any financial losses due to cancellations or rescheduling.
