Dex is a Joomla geek since 2005, founder of the Sydney Joomla User Group and for the last 4 or 5 years organiser of this conference.

Dex currently works for Trading Pursuits, a stock market education company. His background is pure nerd – IT degree, software developer, web geek – and he has lately headed back for a refresher in template design and development, now that there's HTML5 and CSS3 to play with.
